Cancellation policy

The customer may cancel the booking by submitting a written notice to the landlord up until the start of the rental period agreed upon in the booking. The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive.

The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply:

• 25% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to 42 days before the start of the rental period
• 60% of the rental price for cancellation from the 41st to the 28th day before the start of the rental period
• 90% of the rental price if cancellation occurs 27 days or more before the start of the rental period
• 100% from the 5th day before the start of the rental period or in case of no-show.

Travel vouchers, gift vouchers or vouchers cannot be redeemed if a booking is cancelled.
